2017 - Became a research manager at UC Merced Health Communications & Interventions Lab where she collaborated with CDC and research universities to create health intervention programs: smoking cessation, reducing risk for skin cancer, and finding factors that would lead to increased physical exercise

2018 - Presented at the American Psychological Sciences Convention on "The Roles of Cancer Risk Representations, Risk-Action Coherence, and Affect in Motivating Physical Activity" where we highlighted self-efficacy and coherence with significant contributing factors to changing behavior

2020 - Graduated from Keck Graduate Institute with a Master of Science in Human Genetics and Genomic Data Analysis and collaborated with Scripps Translational Research Institute to expedite a deep learning neural network to process across the entire human genome

2021 - Published "Rapid, Reference-Free human genotype imputation with denoising autoencoders" published in eLife Journals whose goal was to use an affordable technology to help inform the public of their genetic risk for cardiovascular disease

2021 - Formed HonuSquare — an e-commerce company retailing cookware and homeware for the Asian family

2022 - Graduated from Founder Institute, an accelerator program for startups, to initiate the process of product development, patenting, and fundraising

2023 - Remodeled several family property units and increased rental prices to market rate for long- and medium-term rentals

2024 - Launched AirBnb listing and actively engaged in short-term rentals
